Essential Staffing is looking for experienced AZ Shunt Drivers to work directly for a great company located in Mississauga. We have been providing qualified truck drivers to companies all over the GTA for the past 15 years.

Job Description:

Mon-Fri

6pm – 6am

• Moving trailers in and out of dock doors
• Opening and closing trailer doors as required delivering trailers between facilities
• Following rules of the road
• Operating within compliance
• Occasional On-Road Tasks monitoring yard
• Completing and updating daily yard checks
• Maintaining trailer organization within facilities
  communicating effectively with shipping and receiving employees
• Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle
• Completing daily paperwork and logs

Job Requirements:

• AZ Drivers license.
• At least 2 years of AZ Experience.
• 2 years of Shunting experience.
• Strong ability to follow instruction & have knowledge of routes in GTA.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Self-motivated, punctual, reliable and highly safety conscious.
• Criminal Record Search.
