Minimum 2 years’ experience dispatching in the Tractor/Trailer Transportation Industry.Employee is required to start July 31stThe Sr. employee will train our candidate until the 5th of August (Her last day)ACE & ACI (Customs) Experience REQUIREDDetail oriented and used to working in environments with accuracyA positive attitude and excellent people skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,)Experience using dispatching software such as TMW an asset.Understanding of Ontario, Quebec and U.S. geography and familiarity with Hours of Service regulationsProvide dispatch support for Van and Intermodal drivers at night.Dispatch city fleet on nightly deliveries/pickups for both van and inter-modalProcess both ACI/ACE to help US drivers cross the border.Run load reports to verify that deliveries/pickups have been scheduled.Run trailer reports to identify trailers that have been sitting at customer yards.Handle breakdown calls for both trucks and trailers.Troubleshoot and issues that may arise to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
