Start the 1st or 2nd week of NovemberMonday to Friday Shift times: 11am to 7pm / 12pm to 8pm (TBD)Montreal – Pointe-Claire Must have steel toed boots, safety vest can be provided, gloves will be provided on site as well, loads of them are in the truckVisit customer sites from 1km radius of the shopCleaning about 30 vans with the team, light work, each van takes approx 10 minutes to clean with the support of coworkersCan either start at the shop or at the customer site (1km away) Ideally looking for someone who has their own vehicle to get to site MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN ALL ELEMENTSProvide exemplary customer service to clients – not much communication with the clientCandidate does not need to be bilingual, the team is English speakingThis role the employees typically do not communicate much as they put their head down and get to work cleaningIdeally looking for someone with previous experience cleaning vehicles Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requestsOperating pressure washers, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectationsUsing cleaning, protectives, and other agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearancePerforming inspections and keeping a complete, accurate record of customer vehicle cleaning and conditionManaging inventory and advising management of supplies as neededAddressing client inquiries onsite and fulfilling their requestsEffectively communicate with both external and internal contactsAdherence to all relevant operating guidelines including the established Standard Operating ProceduresCarry out mobile wash duties in accordance with all safety regulationsOther duties as assigned by management
