32 hours a week is to be expected. 1. Six (6) months of experience equivalent to the job description or previous experience as adispatcher preferably in the transport industry is nice to have.2. Excellent people skills while dealing with customers and drivers on a regular basis.3. Ensure smooth flow of communication, directions and paper flow.4. Good keyboard skills, accuracy, knowledge of shipping documents, organizational skills.5. Computer literate (AS400, Microsoft Office).6. Resourceful and capable of multi-tasking.
