Maintaining Customer Database and Updating as NeededScheduling daily service requests for the following days ahead (Day 1 – 5)Answering Phones & Emails Promptly and Updating the schedule with approval datesEntering Service Requests in QuickbooksFollowing up with Clients on Service Scheduling dates &/or changesAssist with residential “walk-in” clients ordering glass & screens and accepting payment Obtain Correct Client Billing & payment InformationDealing with customer complaints and comments. Advise management of any issues that may arise that you are not able to resolveAddress problems & implement corrective measuresMaintain a safe, secure & healthy work environment. Maintain a positive attitude and comply with all legal & local health authorities (Covid-19 measures)Assisting other Office Staff with any additional requests
