Are you organized and enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic role?If so, we may have the perfect job for you !!- – – – – – – – -Our client, a leader in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and repair, as well as other value-added services, is seeking a Service and Operations Coordinator (Scale House Attendant) for their Lachine location.BenefitsTool & Boot allowance and prescription safety glasses programCompetitive benefit package including employee & family assistance plan, & a healthcare spending account.Excellent pension planInternal and external training opportunitiesShiftsMonday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm DescriptionWorking closely with Service Team, assist clients with rental transactions and yard inspection report Manage Yard Inspection Reports, Transaction Records, and other reports as required Create cases for chargebacks from inboundsDispatch trailers to customers, deliveries and pick-ups as required.Ensure Trailers and resources are available prior to booking appointments.Follow up to ensure customers have the right equipment/unitAnswer and follow-up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders.Ensure VRMS Standards are followed on every Work Order, Shop, Mobile, SubletUpdate S4 as required, update out of service status, physical characteristics, trailer conditions, tire depths, etc.Comply with the Health and Safety program including working in a safe and responsible mannerManage transactions at the SAAQ, ATAC, RDPRM transit and trailer registration, annual registration renewal Issue Quick invoice for the delivery/pick up trailersManage CVM’s update Series IV, web site update and filing SkillsFluent in Canadian French and EnglishKnowledge of trailer/transportation industryIntermediate computer skillsStrong customer service skillsExcellent organizational skillsA team player that takes initiative and a learner attitudeExperience and Education:MInimum 1 year working in trailer/transportation Experience in similar role is a plus Valid Drivers License Comfortable with being outdoors in various weather conditions
